What is Living Waters Thailand?

The ministry of Living Waters Thailand is based on the Biblical foundations of compassion, integrity and dependence on God.
Living Waters Thailand proclaims the transforming power of Jesus Christ. We equip the body of Christ to minister healing
to the relationally and sexually broken through healing groups and leadership training for local Churches and ministries.

Who can participate?

Living Waters Thailand is particularly for those seeking healing in their relationships and sexuality.
It is for those who are struggling with issues such as homosexuality, sexual promiscuity or addiction,
the effects of sexual abuse, emotional dependency, self-hatred and the inability to love others well.
Christ's capacity to touch and restore us at deep levels of shame and brokenness extends to all of us,
regardless of the specifics of our issue.

Living Waters Thailand is also for Pastors, Church leaders and leaders of Christian ministries in Thailand
who will help lead these programmes, or assist in other ways those who need this type of pastoral care.

HOW IS THE MINISTRY CARRIED OUT?

Programs and Seminars

Living Waters Thailand was started by Andrew Comiskey in November 2000.
Living Waters ministry is now established in 30 countries world-wide.
Andrew Comiskey (M. Div., Fuller Theological Seminary) is the International Director of Living Waters,
and is founder and Director of Desert Stream Ministries. Andy’s ministry grows out of his own struggle
with the homosexual lifestyle. Andy is married to Annette and is the father of 4 children.

Desert Stream Ministries is based in Kansas City, Missouri and partners with Mike Bickle
and his Forerunner and International House of Prayer communities.

Resources addressing problems of Relationships and Sexuality

Counselling and other Work within the Local Church
Although most of our ministry is carried out through the programmes listed above,
Living Waters Thailand also gives a limited amount of one-on-one counselling - mainly for the purposes of referral
either to our groups or to some other helpful source. We also partner with Churches and Christian ministries
throughout the country in offering teaching/training tailored to their specific needs.
